Mental Health Support

The Emotional Health Check Program (EHC) is a holistic approach focusing on individual needs. We engage with people in a non-clinical way. We help them identify their life values and priorities and assist them to plan and act on them in a solution-focused way.
Our work on EHC is evidence-based. We pride ourselves on the number of people joining and benefiting from this program.
