Mindfulness & Well _ being

Mindfulness and well-being sessions are organized through the Yaran charity (Yaran Women’s Club) every Thursday.
Practicing mindfulness can help to manage common mental health problems like depression, anxiety, and feelings of stress. Attending Mindfulness-based treatments has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression. There’s also evidence that mindfulness can lower blood pressure and improve sleep. It may even help people cope with pain.

Mindfulness can help you to understand your emotions better, Cope better with difficult thoughts, feel calmer, boost your attention and concentration, and improve your relationships.
